Using PlacePay, if you needed to cancel a recent payment, you would contact your landlord, center manager, or building operator. In Innago, you can actually cancel a payment yourself, as long as we’re still within the cancellation window (there is no exact time frame, as this will vary based on payment date/time and payment method).
You’ll follow these steps below to cancel your payment:
-
Log into https://my.innago.com/
-
From your Dashboard screen, scroll down to see your processing payments.
-
If you are able to cancel your payment, you will see a “Cancel Payment” button appearing on your invoice.
-
Simply click on “Cancel Payment” and “Confirm” to cancel this transaction.
Please note, if you do not see the option to cancel, you are outside of the cancellation window. The payment can no longer be cancelled.
If the payment can not be canceled, similar to PlacePay, you will need to contact your landlord for any potential reimbursement.
