Innago costs nothing for landlords to use. We do, however, charge your tenants for two things: online payments and applications. Here’s the pricing:

ACH payments incur a $2 fee.

Credit / Debit Card payments incur a 2.99% fee.

Both are paid by your tenant by default, but you can choose to take on either.

Applicants that you choose to screen will pay $30-35 to produce the screening report. Again, paid by the applicant, not you.
