As soon as you add your tenant to a lease in Innago, with a valid email address, we send them an email invite to create their own Innago account.
We also attach a pdf with instructions to help get them started.
With their Innago account, your tenant can make payments, add maintenance tickets and sign leases.
If your tenant is having trouble finding the verification email in their inbox, we recommend they check their spam folder, because it sometimes gets filtered there by mistake.
If your tenant still cannot locate this email, you can re-send it to them by, clicking on your tenant from the Tenants page, clicking on the three dots at the top right corner and clicking on 'Resend Verification Link'.
