On property, tenant, invoice, and maintenance records you are able to save notes. If you can save or view notes on a record, a notes icon will appear in the upper right-hand corner. Click the icon to bring up the notes section.
Notes are accessible across related records. For example, if you add a note to an invoice, that note will be visible when you view notes for any tenants associated with that invoice record. You are also able to edit and delete any notes added.
Notes are only visible to you and the users that have access to the record on which the note is saved. Tenants cannot view notes.
