A browser’s cache, cookies, and history are all designed to improve the user experience and performance of websites by storing data on a device. However, browsers like Chrome, Safari, or Edge can store up too much of this data and cause some minor issues with browser software like Innago.

If you ever notice a display glitch, constant page loading or maybe some kind of freezing happening – a simple trick can often fix a lot of problems!

  1. On your computer, open your browser.
  2. In the settings bar toward the top of the browser, locate your settings and find and then Delete browsing data.
  3. Choose a time range, like Last hour or All time.
  4. Select the types of information you want to remove.
  5. Click Delete data.

This process can differ on a browser by browser basis – so here are a few different guides for:

Google Chrome

Safari

Edge

We always recommend trying to clear your cache, cookies, and history whenever you run into any kind of glitch in the system. Of course, if that doesn’t work, please contact Innago Support at Support@Innago.com or 513-964-0172.
