If you have an existing lease template and you want to swap in a new PDF while maintaing all of the electronic fields you’ve set up, you can can easily do that by following the instructions below:
1. From the Innago menu on the left, click “Leases and Files”.
2. Click on the “Templates” tab to access your existing templates. You can either click “Edit”, or “Duplicate” to access the Lease Template Builder.
3. Once you’re within the Lease Template Builder, click the upload icon located to the right of the Template Type selection box. Select your new/updated PDF that you want to swap in for the existing PDF. All of the electronic fields you manually created will remain in place, only needing small adjustments after the upload, if any. Once your new PDF is uploaded, click the “Save” button to complete the swap.
