Innago makes it easy to send reminders and communicate with your tenants. You can send reminders for specific lease agreements, prompting potential tenants to review and sign them.
To send a signature reminder to a tenant for a lease:
1. From the Innago menu on the left, click “Leases and Files”.
2. Select the lease term with the tenants that need a reminder sent.
3. Click the three-dot action menu under the lease document section.
4.Choose Remind from the dropdown.
5.A signature reminder email will be sent to the tenant’s email address.
