When you submit payments in Innago, the time it takes for funds to leave your account may vary based on your payment method. If you pay via a credit or debit card, you’ll see the payment reflected in your account balance immediately. If you submit an echeck (ACH) payment however, it can take anywhere between 1-3 business days to see the funds withdrawn from your account. For more information on why ACH payments take a longer amount of time, click here.

Despite the time it takes for funds to be withdrawn from your actual account, your payment will show as “processing” in Innago until funds are delivered to your landlord. If you see that a payment shows as “processing” after funds have already been withdrawn, there’s no need to be concerned. We will notify you if there are any problems with your payment. The “processing” status just indicates that the payment hasn’t been delivered to your landlord just yet. Once the payment has been delivered, then it will no longer show as processing in your account, and will only display on your Payment History page. For more information about reviewing your payment history, click here.
