Some states have laws and regulations regarding the use of criminal data for tenant screening. If you selected to exclude criminal history from your Application Settings page, then we do not display any background reports to you.
If you’ve selected to exclude criminal history by mistake and wish to see your applicant’s background report, you can update this setting by:

From the bottom of the Innago menu, click ‘Settings’ (the gear icon).

From the settings menu, select ‘Screening.’

Under Advanced Settings, toggle the ‘Include Criminal History’ toggle to ‘Yes.’

Click ‘Save Changes.’
Once you have updated this setting, all background reports will be displayed to you.
