If you’re not receiving your Innago two factor authentication (2FA) or multi factor authentication (MFA) code by text message, the most common cause is that your phone or carrier is blocking the message as spam.

Turn Off “Filter Unknown Senders”
- Open Settings > Messages.
- Find Filter Unknown Senders.
- Toggle it OFF.
Android
Check Blocked Numbers
- Open the Messages app.
- Tap your Profile icon > Settings > Blocked Numbers.
- Make sure the verification number is not blocked.
Turn Off Spam Protection
- Open the Messages app.
- Tap your Profile icon > Settings > Spam Protection.
- Toggle Enable Spam Protection to OFF.
Still Not Receiving Codes?
Some mobile carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, and T Mobile, may block automated verification messages at the network level.
Contact your carrier and ask them to:
- Check for spam or short code blocking on your line
- Remove any filters preventing 5 to 6 digit verification text messages from being delivered
In most cases, one of the steps above resolves the issue.
