Once tenants have activated their Innago account, they have the option of setting up automated debits, or Auto Pay as we refer to it. Once your tenant sets up Auto Pay, funds of a specified amount are automatically pulled from their payment method on a specific day of their choice.

Please note, Auto Pay can only be set to withdrawal either on the due date of an invoice, or a number of days prior. Tenants cannot set Auto Pay to withdrawal after a due date.

Auto Pay can be set up via ACH or credit/debit card. The payment method a tenant chooses to set up Auto Pay with determines what transaction fees the tenant will pay with automatic withdrawals. It does not cost anything extra to use Auto Pay, but the same transaction fees are still associated with submitting these payments.
