There is no maximum amount of payment that can be accepted via one single payment. Payments of any amount can be accepted. However, there is a cumulative $50,000 weekly payment threshold, where any payments made that exceed that total for the week will be subject to a three business day hold.

For example, let’s say several tenants pay their invoices within the same week, totalling up to $49,000 for the week. If another tenant then submits a payment within that week of $1,001 or more, that tenant’s payment will be held for three business days. Any additional payments that week will also be subject to a three business day hold.

Although there is no restriction on the amount of a single payment we can accept, you can expect to receive single payments above $50,000, or any payments that pass the weekly threshold of $50,000 to be held longer.
