If you see a $25 invoice in your Innago account, that most likely means you’ve recently had a failed e-check payment. Whenever e-check payments are rejected, you’re notified by Innago, and have 24 hours to resubmit a payment before we’ll charge a Failed Transaction Fee. You can verify the fee by looking at the description of the invoice line item while on your dashboard. These fees cannot be waived.
Please note, if you see any other similar amounts ($20-$40 etc) withdrawn directly from your bank account, that means your bank has charged you their own returned/failed payment fee. Although this charge may say “Innago” on it, that is only because the failed payment that caused them to charge you was associated with us, but this does not indicate that we have made a withdrawal from your account. You’ll need to speak with your bank directly in regards to any reimbursals for these fees, or for or for any explanations of why the initial transaction was rejected.
