We’ve upgraded our login system to make your Innago account more secure.

Because of this change, your saved password in your browser (like Chrome) or password manager (like LastPass or 1Password) will no longer work correctly. Action is required today to ensure you can log in smoothly.

Please follow the simple guide below to retrieve and update your saved credentials:


Step 1: Retrieve Your Current Password

Before logging in, you’ll need the password your browser or password manager saved for my.innago.com.

Google Chrome

  1. Open Settings → Autofill → Password Manager

  2. Search for my.innago.com

  3. Click the eye icon to view your password (you may need to enter your computer password)

  4. Copy the password

Firefox / Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Settings → Passwords / Security

  2. Find my.innago.com

  3. Click the eye icon to view and copy the password

1Password / LastPass / Other Password Managers

  1. Open your password manager

  2. Search for my.innago.com

  3. View or show the password and copy it


Step 2: Log In and Update Your Saved Credentials

  1. Go to my.innago.com/login

  2. Enter your email and paste your copied password

  3. Click Log In

  4. When prompted, click “Update” or “Save” to store your login again

Your password manager is now synced with our upgraded security system.


Step 3: If You Still Can’t Log In

If you see an error or login loop:

  1. Open your password manager

  2. Find and delete the old saved entry for my.innago.com

  3. Return to my.innago.com/login and log in again

If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot Password?” on the login screen to reset it.
