When tenants are added with their email address, we automatically send them an email to get them set up with their account, which includes a Tenant Welcome Packet. I’ve attached a copy of this for you to see at the bottom of the article.

I’ve also included a link to a much more in-depth Tenant Setup Guide that has step-by-step instructions on how tenants can perform most of these actions available in their account. We also have a video that walks them through the process here. We find that most tenants don’t need such in-depth instructions and are able to use Innago verily easily, but we still include this in the welcome e-mail that they receive when invited to Innago.

As far as instructions to send your tenants when switching over to Innago, the attached documents both have great info, but the number one thing we would suggest is to let them know they’ll be receiving an email from us with a link to set up their Innago accounts. We would also suggest that they add their payment method at least a few days before rent is due, because if they’re verifying their bank accounts via micro deposits, it can take a few days.

Additionally, tenants are able to contact us via phone or e-mail at 513-964-0172 and Support@Innago.com for direct support. Feel free to share this contact information with them for any matters regarding using our platform.
