Two Factor Authentication is a feature that strengthens security access by requiring two identity verification methods whenever you log into Innago.

To enable two-factor authentication for your Innago account, follow the steps below:

  1. From the Innago menu on the left, click on the ‘Settings’ gear icon located at the bottom left-hand corner of the page.

  2. Next, select ‘Security’ from the menu options.

  3. From the top-right hand corner of the screen, click ‘Enable 2FA’.

  4. A pop-up will appear on the screen. First, verify that you are still using the existing phone number that is associated with your Innago account. If you don’t have access to the phone number associated with your Innago account, we provide you with the option to update your phone number right from here. Next, click ‘Enable’.

  5. The Two Factor Authentication feature should be successfully enabled on your account!

The next time you log into Innago, we’ll text you a verification code to confirm that it’s you.
