Parent Guarantor’s are an important part of the leasing process for many landlords, most commonly those in student housing. Innago does not have a parent guarantor user type. Instead, we recommend that you add the parent as a tenant onto the lease/unit. Make sure the invoice is set to Grouped and set their rental share to $0. The parent will be able to track overdue invoices and submit payments like any other tenant.
