Download an Invoice as a PDF

If you ever need to download a PDF version of an Innago invoice to store for your records or print off, you can simply:

  1. Go to the Income page
  2. Locate the invoice you want to download (reminder to use the Income Page Filters to locate invoices)
  3. Click on the invoice to expand it
  4. Click Download

The invoice should open as a standalone PDF document that you can save to your device, or print!

(Please note: if you have a Pop-Up blocker enabled on your device, it could prevent the PDF from opening properly)

 

Please Note: Currently, we do not have a way to bulk export PDF versions of invoices. This has to be done one by one! We’ve had plenty of feature suggestions for this ability, so please look for this feature to be implemented down the road.
