If you need to forward a maintenance request to any maintenance personnel or a vendor who you haven’t added as an Innag user, you can easily do so by following the steps below:
1. From the Innago menu on the left, click “Maintenance”.
2. Select the maintenance ticket you would like to forward by clicking anywhere within the row that includes its details.
3. In the top right corner, click “Forward Maintenace”.
4. Enter the email address of person you’d like to receive the ticket in the Vendor Email field. All notes, descriptions, and attachments will be included in the email that is sent to your maintenance person.
If you would like to share a tenant’s contact information, click the toggle button to the right of “Share Tenant Contact Info”, then select them from the drop-down menu. Click “Send” to email the maintenance ticket.
