You can easily forward a maintenance request to your maintenance personnel or a vendor to inform them of the issue and keep them in the loop.
1. From the Innago menu on the left, click “Maintenance”
2. Select the maintenance ticket you would like to forward.
3. In the top right corner, click “Forward Ticket”.
4. Enter the email address of person you’d like to receive the ticket in the Vendor Email field.
5. If you would like to share a tenant’s contact information, select them under Share Contact Info.
5. Click “Send” to email the maintenance ticket.
All notes, descriptions, and attachments will be included in the email that is sent to your maintenance person.
