How Can I Check to See if My Tenant is Enrolled in Autopay?

If you would like to check if your tenant is enrolled in Autopay, you can follow these steps:

1. 1. From the Innago menu on the left, click “Properties”.
   2. Select the property. 
   3. Select the unit. of the tenant you would like to view.
   4. Click the tenant icon or name to pull up the Tenant Record
   5. Here you will see the Autopay amount your tenant has enabled.
   6. If the Autopay amount is $0.00, the tenant is not enrolled in Autopay.
