If your sub-user has been added to the system and has been assigned a role as a ‘Property Manager’, then they will receive all email notifications, unless they have turned these off from their account settings.

If your sub-user has been added as a ‘Lease Manager, Maintenance Staff or Property Owner’, they will not receive any email notifications. You can either change their role to Property Manager or create a custom role for them.

If your sub-user has been added under a ‘Custom’ user role, then double check their Access Levels to see whether they have been given ‘All’ access to the ‘Settings’ feature. They will then receive all email notifications, unless they have turned these off from their account settings.
