Need to submit a maintenance request? No worries! You can easily do this by logging into your Innago account, and visiting your Maintenance page from the main menu.
After you’ve reached the Maintenance page, you can start to fill out your request by selecting a category, adding a description, uploading images etc under the Raise A New Maintenance Request section. Once you click “Submit Request”, your request will be created and your property manager will be notified.
If you later need to cancel, add a comment, or mark a previous request as resolved, you’ll just check out your Past Maintenance section. You can also review any previous comments or updates from here as well.
