How Do I Change an HOA Property to a non-HOA Property?

If you’ve mistakenly created any HOA properties or HOA terms, you can easily convert them back to standard properties and standard lease terms by following the steps below:

1. Open Properties, then select the specific property you want to convert.
2. Click on the Edit Property button. Change the selection for “Does this property have units managed by an HOA” to “No”.
3. Open each unit’s details by clicking the hamburger menu to the right of the unit record. Change the selection for “Is this unit managed by an HOA?” to “No” as your choice, then save the update.

 

Please note, if the property has multiple units, you’ll need to convert all of the units individually by following the steps above.
