When it comes to disputes, if the tenant is still under lease, we will likely reverse the transaction. If their lease is expired, or if the landlord requests it, we will fight it on the landlord's behalf. We obviously can't guarantee the outcome, but we'll provide info such as login and payment dates and times of the tenant, IP address info, and even copies of documents that were uploaded to Innago. We simply ask that the landlord provides us with any documentation they can (like a lease agreement).
Please note: While credit card payments are easier to dispute, it's also possible for a tenant to dispute an ACH payment (or a paper check payment for that matter).
