If your sub-user has not yet received access to their Innago account, deleted the email by mistake, or is having some other trouble accessing Innago, you can re-send them a verification link to gain access.
1. From the Innago menu on the left, click ‘Users’.
2. Select the user you would like to resend a verification link to and click on the three vertical dots under the ‘Action’ column.
3. Click on ‘Resend Verification Link’ and the system will re-send an email to your sub-user inviting them to verify their Innago account.
