SMS text notifications provide a convenient and effective way to help your tenants stay informed about events that require their immediate attention like lease signature reminders, due invoices, payment failures etc.

Currently we send notifications to your tenants for the following:

  • When an invoice becomes due

  • When a previously submitted payment has failed

  • When they have a card setup for Autopay that expires soon

  • When they have a pending lease document to be signed

  • When they have unread chat messages

We will also send you notifications for the following events:

  • When you have an unread chat messages

  • When you’ve added a bank account that hasn’t been assigned to a property

Please note, you and your tenants will only receive SMS notifications if you have the mobile app installed with notifications disabled, or if you do not have the mobile app installed at all.

Please note, you cannot send SMS text messages directly to your tenants at this time. If you would like to send direct messages to tenants that they can respond to via their Innago mobile app, you will need to send them a message via the Chat feature.
