When adding a sub-user to Innago, you can choose from several roles that provide the user with different account access levels.

All access levels listed below are limited to the properties you assign to the sub-user.

1. Property Manager – This user is able to view, edit and delete elements from all pages in your account. Any changes made by this user will instantly be reflected in your account. They have complete access to their assigned properties in your account. This is the highest access level.

2. Lease Manager – This user is confined to all data related to leasing. They can view the properties and make changes to leases, tenants, and applications.

3. Maintenance Staff – This user can access only the maintenance section of your account and has access to view, edit and resolve maintenance tickets. You can assign this user all maintenance categories or only some of them.

4. Property Owner – This user is able to view all pages, except for settings and messaging. They cannot make any changes to your account. They can, however, export data from all pages.

5. Custom – This user can be created by setting varying access levels for all the features present in your Innago account.
