Convenience Fees
When you pay rent using a debit or credit card through Innago, a convenience fee of 2.99% of the transaction is applied. This fee is part of Innago’s terms and conditions, which you agree to when using the platform.
Other Payment Options
If you’d like to avoid this fee, you have a couple of options:

eCheck: Pay using an eCheck for a small $2 fee.

Direct Payment: Contact your landlord directly to arrange another payment method outside of Innago.
