Once your tenants are added to a lease along with their email address in Innago, they have the ability to make payments. If your tenant makes a payment before you’ve had the chance to add a bank account, we hold these funds for you until you add a bank account to Innago. You’ll be able to see these held funds on your Bank Deposit page, which can be found by going to the Reports page.
