Innago makes it easy to quickly send a lease to be signed digitally by using lease templates. Lease templates allow you to take a blank version of your lease and populate it with fields that will be filled out right before signing and during the signing process. In this way, a lease template can be used over and over again.

Before signing any leases in Innago, you'll first create your lease template.

Lease drafts are created from lease templates. After clicking the 'Add Tenant' button on the Dashboard, the 'New Lease' button on the Leases and Files page, or the 'New Lease' button on a specific property / unit, you'll be taken through a set of steps including setting lease terms for the tenant or group of tenants and adding their contact info.

Once these steps are completed, you'll be taken to a page that will allow you to generate and send a digital lease to be signed. First, select a lease template from which to generate a lease draft. You may edit the draft before sending. Any changes made to the draft will not be reflected on the original template from which the draft came. They will only be included on this specific lease.
