Innago is a software tool that landlords and property managers use to manage their properties, however we are not directly involved with any property management. We can only support tenant users for issues directly related to accessing or using our platform. Any concerns about the following should be addressed directly with owners or property managers:
- Physical issues or maintenance issues with the property
- Concerns regarding any neighbor/roommate behavior
- Anything related to the actual terms of the leasing agreement such as rent pricing, other fee pricing (such as utilities), lease dates, renewals etc.
- Any concerns regarding late fee charges
- Missing payments that were made outside of Innago via cash, check, money order, or Cash App/Venmo etc. (property managers and landlords must record these themselves)
- Refunds for overpayments or duplicate payments that occurred due to a non-technical error
