If your tenants aren’t receiving e-mail notifications, it might be due to a couple of scenarios:
- Non-verified Account
- If the tenant has not verified their email address by clicking the activation link in their welcome email, no other system generated notifications will be sent to them until they are verified. You can resend an activation link by following the instructions given here.
- Enrolled in Auto Pay
- If tenants are enrolled in Autopay, they will not receive the “Upcoming Invoice Due Soon” notification or the “Invoice Due Today” notification. Since they’re enrolled in Auto Pay, they will only receive a confirmation email the day prior to it running, and another confirmation email once the payment has been submitted.
