If you need to edit any terms with an existing lease, such as the monthly rent amount, payment frequency, due dates etc., you can easily take care of this by following the instructions below:

1.  From the Innago menu on the left, click “Leases and Files”.

2.  Select the lease term you would like to edit by clicking anywhere within the row that includes its details:

3.  Near the top-right corner of the screen, click the set of vertical dots as shown below to access the action menu. Click “Edit Lease”.

4.  From here, you can update the term of the lease from a Fixed Term to a Month-To-Month term (and vice-versa), or update the start and end date of the lease. Click “Next” to access more options. Click “Save” if you’re finished.

5. On the next screen, you have several terms you can update such as Payment Frequency, Rent, and the Due on Date. You can also add additional deposits or fees, and edit pre-existing deposits or additional fees. You can update the rent schedule directly by clicking “View/Edit Rent Schedule”. Click “Save and Next” if you also need to edit information regarding your tenants, such as tenant contact info, rental share, or partial payment settings. Click “Save” if you’re finished making updates.

6. If you chose to proceed, you’ll be taken to the Edit Tenants screen. Please note, you can access this screen at any time after clicking Edit Lease by clicking the Tenants tab in the top right corner as highlighted below. Click “Save” once you’re finished making updates.
