Once you have dealt with a maintenance ticket, you can easily mark it as resolved by following the instructions below:

1. From the Innago menu on the left, click “Maintenance”.

2. Select the maintenance ticket you would like to close or mark resolved by clicking anywhere within the row that includes its details.

3. Near the top right corner, click “Mark as Resolved”.

4.  You’ll have the opportunity to leave an internal note, select a resolution date, and you’ll be able to notify the tenant as well. Please note, any “Note” you leave will not be viewable by the tenant. Even if you notify them, it will only be a notice that their request/ticket has been closed. Click “Resolve” to complete your update.

Your maintenance request will now be in a “Resolved” status. You can always reopen a maintenance request that was previously marked as resolved by following the same instructions above. You’ll just click Reopen” instead of “Mark as Resolved”.
