Maintenance tickets and requests allow you to keep track of any work orders you need to take care of.
1. From the Innago menu on the left, click ‘Maintenance’.
2. In the top right corner of the screen, click ‘New Maintenance’.
3. Here type out the name, description, property, and category of the request. You can also attach pictures and videos as needed.
4. Click ‘Create’ to save the request.
You can come back to a maintenance ticket and add comments, notes, and additional pictures and video.
