1. From the Innago menu on the left, click “Maintenance”.
2. In the top right corner of the screen, click “New Maintenance”. If this is your very first maintenance request, the button will appear in the middle of the page.
3. From here, you can add all the details of the maintenance request or work order. You’ll input a unique Ticket Title, select the property and/or unit for the request, select the Category, add a Description, and identify the requestor. If you need to create a custom category, click “Add New Category” to open a new pane.
You can also select whether or not the ticket is urgent, and whether or not you want the tenant to be notifed of the request by marking off the corresponding checkboxes (be sure to use the scroll bar on the right).
4. Once you’re all done, just click “Create” in order to finalize your maintenance ticket.
