When adding a tenant to Innago, on the right-hand side of the screen you’ll see an option to View/Edit Rent Schedule.

This feature allows you to see a list of all the invoices that will be generated for the lease you are creating. Please note, that if your lease is month-to-month, you'll only be able to view the next 12 month's invoices.

If you want to edit or remove a certain month’s invoice (For example, if a tenant has already paid several months in advance, or if you need to edit an invoice for proration purposes for a tenant who moves in after the normal rent due date) you can do so here by clicking the three stacked dots next to the month and amount.

You can also simply update the rent amount on the invoice itself from the 'Income' page.

To edit the rent amount on an invoice:

1. From the Innago menu on the left, click ‘Income’.
2. Select the invoice you’d like to edit.
3. In the top right corner of the invoice, click ‘Edit Invoice’.
4. Type in your updated rent amount in the Rate column.
5. In the top right-hand side of the invoice, click ‘Save’.
