Innago sends your tenants payment reminder emails at the following times:

•  5 days before their rent is due
•  On the day rent is due
•  Once their rent is overdue

These reminder emails are sent automatically by our system to your tenants. If a tenant has already paid the entire balance on an invoice, no reminders will be sent!

You can also edit when tenants receive unpaid invoice notifications.

If you go to Settings (the gear icon at the bottom of the Innago sidebar), and then select Notifications, you’ll see the option to edit “Notifications Sent to Tenant(s)” at the bottom of the list. You can then edit how many days in advance you want Innago to send notifications to your tenants. Once you enter the number, click the ‘Save Changes’ button.
