If you have concerns about receiving a late fee, it’s always best to speak to your landlord or property manager directly, since your rental agreement was created and is managed by them. For more information about when to contact your landlord or property manager instead of Innago, please click here.

As far as Innago is concerned, if your landlord or property manager has automatic late fees set up, those will apply if your invoice is not fully paid after the grace period (you will need to verify the grace period with your landlord/property manager). This means that even if you make a partial payment, that will not prevent an automatic late fee from applying to your invoice.
