Do Rental Applications Automatically Include Authorization/Consent from the Applicants so That the Landlord Can Access Their Information?
Our current application form does not have a specific authorization or consent section. We advise our landlords to write something in the instructions section that indicates that if the applicant completes the Innago rental application, you are automatically granted permission to access their credit/criminal/eviction history and to contact their previous employers/landlords/references.
