Maintenance Consent

Tenants can now give their consent when submitting maintenance requests. When submitting a maintenance request, tenants must either provide their consent for maintenance personnel to enter the dwelling or they must deny it.  When reviewing a maintenance request for a tenant, be sure to check to see if consent was granted.
